Friday, October 21st, 2005Most major newspapers today carried reports of Congressional Committee testimony by Marty Bahamonde, a New England FEMA official (apparently with a public relations job rather than an operational one). Bahamonde appears to have been the single FEMA executive on site in New Orleans during the early and middle phases of Hurricane Katrina.
