So Microsoft has reorganized again. No surprise here, nor on Wall Street where the stock dipped.

I’d rather not discuss the failings of Microsoft’s management-too polarizing. However, MS is reminding me more and more of Digital Equipment Corp., one-time king of the minicomputer sector. Once seen as invulnerable, now gone.
